How to buy
1) The first thing you need to know is that in order to purchase, you must be registered in the system. Only you have to click on 'Sign up here', which you will find in the top right corner of the web. Once registered simply login to your account may ordering all you want without having to give details on each order. Once you register your data are processed and sent you an email to the email account that told us, to check the accuracy of the data and to confirm its high. You must enable its high of this email client. Once confirmed you can access our system and place their orders.
2) Now you only have to place your order, payment and shipping information. When we receive it and process we will send you an email with the total amount and the steps to follow to pay for it.
3) When we confirm the receipt of your payment, we will proceed to shipping which will be held late in the afternoon.

Lopez Mouldings maintains agreements with different companies to meet the needs of our customers. Cost and delivery times depend on order quantity and geographical location.
Deliveries on the peninsula are based within 24/72 hours, whenever it is available in stock.
For deliveries in the Balearic Islands carriers, to be maritime shipping made it in 48 hours can make maximum 72 hours.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays there is no cast.
If at the time of receiving the order noted an abnormality in the package, it is essential to do so noted on the delivery slip that accompanies the bulk, for subsequent claims.

Returns

2. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. East elapsed time will be 3 weeks more for any return which the cause is attributable to Lopez Mouldings. Any return for other reasons, will not be accepted.

Cancellation
The orders made if seventy-two hours are unconfirmed transfers or income by our Bank will be deemed invalid.
Those cancellations of orders involving a return customer, will have a maximum period of 30 days by paperwork, although we try that the term is not more than 7 days.
